Cell Phones or Cameras
You can take your own camera or your phone but you cannot carry it in your hands - as you need your hands to control the speed and stopping of the zipline. If you can carry it in a pocket that can be secured, or in a very small bag, you can take it with you. We do not recommend big bags and recommend valuables (if you are worried about losing them) are locked in your car for safekeeping.

It is not uncommon to have a fear of heights. Many people that have a fear of heights are easily able to enjoy our zipline tour. You will be double-clipped to a steel cable at all times when you are zipping. Our guides are trained to assist you along the way and will be with you every step of the way to answer your questions, and provide additional support. If really needed, they may even give you a hug.
We run our tours rain or shine. However, the course will be closed if there is lightning in the vicinity. We will also close the course for extreme winds. Advance notice may not be possible. If we know in advance that we will be closed we will try to notify you asap. If your tour is canceled due to weather, you may rebook for another time, or we will refund the purchase price of your tour.
Safety is an important element of ziplining, and we take it very seriously. From our course construction, equipment, guide experience, and training and operations, your adventure is carefully planned so you can enjoy your zipline tour completely.
Equipment
You will be fitted with a seat harness and chest harness, a trolley system, 2 lanyards with secure clips, gloves, and a helmet. The equipment is similar to rock climbing equipment but specifically designed for a zipline course.
Waivers
Every participant is required to sign a Liability & Release Waiver and assume all risks involved while on tour.
Participants under the age of 18 must have a signed waiver by a parent or guardian.

We prioritize your safety and thus reserve the right to modify trips due to extreme weather or other unpredictable events. If we need to end your tour due to weather before completing more than half of the Classic or Extreme course, we will either reschedule your group or provide a gift certificate valid for one year from the original date of your trip. If your tour exceeds more than half of either course, it is considered a complete tour, and we will not provide refunds. In case of lightning, we will delay tours for up to one hour to wait for the storm to pass. If, after one hour, the storm persists, we will adhere to the procedures described above.
The majority of our visitors have never been ziplining before. Your guides will teach a basic orientation and training session before we embark out to the actual course. The training “Ground School” session includes a short zip just a few feet off the ground, so you should be more comfortable with what it feels like to be online before you get out onto the actual course.
